We may update or replace these Terms at any time. If you continue to use our website or services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms. However, if you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using the website and our services.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and form an agreement between you and Xpert Trans Inc. They explain the rights and responsibilities of all users who access our website or use our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

You confirm that you are over the age of 18. Xpert Trans Inc does not permit individuals under 18 to use the service.

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Therefore, please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Services

By placing an order with Xpert Trans Inc, you authorize us to arrange transportation for your shipment.

You must provide accurate shipment details. This includes the items being shipped, pickup and delivery addresses, preferred pickup date, contact information, and payment details.

We may provide estimated pickup and delivery dates. However, delays may occur because of weather, traffic, government regulations, mechanical issues, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Xpert Trans Inc does not guarantee exact pickup or delivery dates or times.

Loss, Damage, and Carrier Responsibility

If you have a claim for loss or damage, the carrier who transported the shipment is responsible for handling the claim. Xpert Trans Inc is not responsible for losses or expenses caused by transportation delays.

As a result, you must file any shipment damage or loss claim directly with the carrier that completed the transportation.

Fees and Payments

All amounts due must be paid within the required timeframe. Fees may not be disputed or offset due to dissatisfaction with the services provided. Once a driver has been dispatched, the shipment has been picked up, or the shipment has been delivered, all payments and charges become non-refundable. A refund may be issued only if the agreed transportation service was not fulfilled or rendered.

If you fail to make a payment when due, or if a chargeback occurs, you agree to pay the outstanding balance, along with reasonable collection expenses, including attorneys’ fees and legal costs.

Cancellation Policy

Xpert Trans Inc may refuse or cancel any order at any time at its discretion.

You may cancel your order at no cost if the order has not yet been accepted by a carrier. However, if a carrier has already accepted the order, cancellation fees may apply.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to support@yourxperttrans.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone, text, chat, or any other method.

Refunds will only be issued for services that were paid for but not completed.
